　I want a lap-top computer.　
I have a lap-top and a desk-top.
　Both of them! That's great!
My father gave them to me for my birthday
last year.
What did you get for your birthday present?
　I got a big apple pie and some books of cooking.
Cooking? Why?
　My father said, "Acquire jyoshiryoku."
What can you cook?
　I can cook curry and rice, hamburger
　and pilaf.
　How about you?
I can cook instant noodles in a cup.

■文法
(1)過去形の疑問文
「〜しましたか？」と表現するときは、didを文のはじめに置き、動詞は原形にする。

肯定文   They played soccer. 　(彼らはサッカーをしました。)
疑問文 Did  they play soccer? 　(彼らはサッカーをしましたか。)
      Yes, they did.
　No, they didn't. 		 　(はい、そうです。)
　(いいえ、していません。)

肯定文   He ate soup. 　(彼はスープを飲みました。)
疑問文 Did  he eat soup? 　(彼はスープを飲みましたか。)
      Yes, they did.
　No, they didn't. 		 　(はい、そうです。)
　(いいえ、していません。)

過去形のまとめ
肯定文   She are watched video. 　(彼女はビデオを見ました。)
否定文   She did not watch video. 　(彼女はビデオを見ませんでした。)

(2)疑問詞＋過去形の疑問文
過去形は、What、Where、When、Whoといった疑問詞と結びついて、さまざまな疑問文をつくることができる。

What＋過去形の疑問文　(何を〜しましたか。)
過去形の肯定文     She made dolls.  　(彼女は人形を作りました。)
過去形の疑問文   Did she make dolls? 　(彼女は人形を作りましたか。)
What＋過去形の疑問文 What did she make 　(彼女は何を作りましたか。)

Where＋過去形の疑問文　(どこに、どこで〜しましたか。)
過去形の肯定文     He went there.    　(彼そこへ行きました。)
現在進行形の疑問文   Did he go there ? 　(彼はそこへ行きましたか。)
Where＋現在進行形の疑問文 Where did he go ? 　(彼はどこに行きましたか。)

When＋過去形の疑問文　(いつ〜しましたか。)
過去形の肯定文     He bougut the CD.  　(彼CDを買いました。)
現在進行形の疑問文   Did he buy the CD? 　(彼はCDを買いましたか。)
Where＋現在進行形の疑問文 When did he buy the CD? 　(彼はいつCDを買いましたか。)

Who＋過去形の疑問文　(だれが〜しましたか。)
普通の肯定文     She dropped a stone.  　(彼女は石を落としました。)
現在進行形の疑問文   Did she drop a stone? 　(彼女は石を落としましたか。)
Who＋現在進行形の疑問文 Who is dropped a stone? 　(だれが石を落としましたか。)
